THE VILLA

Villa Sea View is located on the quieter Eastern side of Martinhal with stunning views over the protected Costa Vicentine Natural Park and Atlantic Ocean.

The villa has been completely updated  to include Air Conditioning, new kitchen, bathrooms and total internal and external refurbishment

This spacious 4 bedroom villa has two internal courtyards that give the villa ample fresh air and natural light! It’s living quarters include a large comfortable living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. All rooms on the ground floor open onto the garden and terrace, and the master bedroom upstairs has a huge sun terrace overlooking the pool and views. All bedrooms and the lounge have Smart TV's (Netflix) and basic Sky Channels, There is 300MB Wi-Fi throughout the villa

This villa is amazing for those that love the countryside and open sea views. A short countryside pathway leads directly from the villa to the remote Rebolinhos beach. This is practically as if you also have access to a quiet private beach!

OUTDOOR SPACE

Villa Sea View, has one of the largest private swimming pools  in Martinhal at 12 meters and is  surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and a raised sunbathing deck overlooking those fabulous views! The terrace includes an outdoor dining area with BBQ that conveniently leads into the kitchen. The pool has optional heating.

The Electric entrance gate  gives access to  ample  parking.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

This villa sleeps 10 with the 4 large bedrooms arranged as 2 kings and 2 twin, and there is sofa bed. We can host max 8 adults + 2 children under 12 at this location. In case of adult groups, all adults have to be 30+.

BATHROOM FACILITIES

This villa provides 3 bathrooms with bath and/or shower.

FAMILY AND CHILDREN FRIENDLY

The villa’s pool has an electronic hard cover  and a Safety fence (optional) which makes it a child friendly holiday rental. Child and baby accessories such as a baby cot and high chair are included. The villa is just a few minutes’ walk to the beautiful sandy Martinhal Beach with 2 beach restaurants and water sports activities.

THE LOCATION

Martinhal is a quiet and safe resort location, in close proximity of the beach, Sagres coast, Atlantic Ocean and the Natural Reserve Park of Costa Vicentina.

The villa is literally a three minute trail walk away from the secluded beach of Praia Dos Rebolihos and a few minutes’ walk from Martinhal sandy beach with 2 fantastic beach restaurants. You can also walk along the beach to the local fishing village of Sagres where you will find some great local restaurants, and 3 further beautiful beaches.

ℹ SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourists’ and guests information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known for short as, SEF). To comply with legal requirements, from a week before arrival we shall send to you a link to our SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is mandatory requirement.
