This villa is a hidden gem, tucked away in a rural surrounding making it peaceful and relaxing. The Quinta (farmhouse) is beautifully designed with a very open plan feel. Quinta das Custas has been meticulously built to a traditional style and exhibits lots of character, with its exposed wooden ceilings, and rustic Santa Catarina floor tiles.
Not only does Quinta Das Custas have extensive land surrounding the property, it also has 3 swimming pools! It is ideal for large families or groups of friends to enjoy. Play table tennis in the sunshine or enjoy BBQ’s until the sun goes down!
As this villa has ample room, it sleeps 11; with 2 double bedrooms and 3 twin rooms. 3 of the bedrooms have ensuite facilities, and there is a further family bathroom.

ℹ SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourists’ and guests information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known for short as, SEF). To comply with legal requirements, from a week before arrival we shall send to you a link to our SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is mandatory requirement.
