This is one of our favourite villas located at Martinhal in Sagres, with gorgeous views over the Atlantic Ocean and beaches. It is definitely one of the popular villas with our guests.

Villa 30 is arranged over three floors in an ‘upside down’ manner. The first floor offers a gorgeous, open plan dining area and lounge with plenty of comfortable seating. There are doors which open onto a huge balcony attracting sunshine all day and with a wonderful view of the beach.

There is ample private parking on the property and the property is protected by a pedestrian gate and electronic gates. It has a beautifully landscaped private garden with south facing pool deck area. The pool is a great size and also has an electronic hardcover to give you that extra peace of mind if you have children!

This villa sleeps 9, plus a TV room with has a sofa bed. There are 3 bath/shower rooms. The villa’s swimming pool has an electronic hardcover making it very popular for families with small children.
